Three Day Course
A three day falconry course where you do the work and we guide you, carefully!. Hands on and Intensive!.
This course is designed to cater for those people who may have some knowledge, for reasons of increased experience, or a desire to take up the art at some time.
Topics discussed will include types of bird and the environment in which they can be successfully flown and hunted, legal aspects of bird keeping and hunting, training techniques and tips on what to do if things go wrong.
You will cover aspects of falconry from a practical point of view including how to fit equipment safely, maintenance of hunting birds and veterinarian requirements
The course includes a half day learning field craft. Plus a working pub lunch is included in the cost.
