Flying Start
A one hour experience where under the guidance of one of our falconers you will have the opportunity to handle a variety of birds of prey to allow you to get to know the vagaries and differences of each individual.
A short walk to familiarise you with one of our hawks will culminate in the chance to fly one of these magnificent birds yourself. Now you will be able to see the true ability of the predator as you imagine the swooping and chasing as they pursue (just as if we were really hunting as in days of old) and catch their prey. Along with an introduction to the centre and it’s activity’s as well as one of our regular flying displays which last up to an hour (included in your visit) this flying start is a popular gift for all.
